    • At Backcountry.com, Scott grew the creative department by over 250% to reach IPO.

    • Scott defined Brand Labs project management discipline by instituting services resulting in billable hours.

Agency

    • Years spent in the agency world honed a mastery of Marketing Strategy & Advertising. We know how to take a vision, no matter what size, and create a brand narrative that drives awareness and fuels growth.

    • We use this large agency experience to develop strategic storytelling that cuts through the noise, leveraging high-converting narratives that are built for local scale.

    • Working at agencies like Huge, R/GA, JWT, Code & Theory, Odopod and Organic, Scott has experience launching and managing digital and social campaigns for companies like Walmart, Hilton, Sam’s Club, JC Penney, and more.

    • Having led highly strategic, complex and cross-functional website and products launches, Scott has overseen strategy and delivery for companies like Ford, Wells Fargo, Facebook, EA Sports, Stanford Hospital and others.

    • Scott has also served as a New Business lead and Creative Services manager at multiple agencies.

    • At The Clorox Company, Scott launched a new capability and built a new team around Consumer Data Operations, building a data cloud to leverage marketing insights to drive digital activation.

    • Scott has been the strategy and delivery power behind privacy regulatory initiatives like GDPR, CCPA, EU Data Act for multiple companies.

    • At Indeed, Scott helped stand-up the Candidate Delivery Advertising Product Operations org, scaling his team 125% within 1-year.

    • Recently at Ford, Scott has launched product design systems, overseen regulatory compliance for digital products, and led the strategy and execution of for Ford Privacy & Trust initiatives.

Consultant

    • Scott has learned to analyze the specific friction points in your business—from your storytelling and digital experiences, to your tech stack or team's workflow—and now, Scott helps small teams provide an unbiased roadmap to Acceleration.

    • As a consultant at Wells Fargo, Scott helped lead Agile Transformation amongst the Digital UX Global Wire Product Team.

    • Scott stepped in at Facebook, to help out on an internal Product launch for the Ride App, Meta’s campus shuttle system.

    • While at Google, Scott consulted with the Brand Studio. leading projects supporting Brand Trust and Privacy Product user flows and Google Brand design system and typography kits.
